Warranty

• Products bought from www.spirok.com are covered for 1 year warranty.
  If you bought the product from a distributor, their after-sales service policy applies.

• If we find any defects in how the product was made during this period, we will try our best to fix or replace it, and we'll cover the shipping costs.
  A manufacturing defect means the main functions of the product don’t work at all, or something similar to that.

The following issues are not covered under the warranty:

- Opening the cap of the glass bottle inside the product.
- Damage caused by the user’s carelessness.
- Everyday scratches on the product’s surface.
- Damage from high or low temperatures or outdoor conditions.
- Damage from improper use that doesn’t follow SPIROK's guidelines.
- Products bought second-hand.

Magnetic Fluid Quality Warranty

• Magnetic fluid has a lifespan, we can guarantee 1 years of operation time.
  Even after this period, the product will still work, but the magnetic fluid may start to degrade slightly. However, once it’s working, these changes are barely noticeable.

• If the magnetic fluid deteriorates significantly, you can easily replace them yourself. You can buy a ferrofluid bottle from Ferrofluid.com official website and replace it on your own.
  

• It’s normal for fine powder to stick to the magnetic fluid. This helps maintain its quality, and it’s hard to see once the fluid starts working.
