1. Product Warranty

Products purchased from www.spirok.com come with a 1-year limited warranty.

• If you purchased your product through an authorized distributor, their specific after-sales policy will apply.

• During the warranty period, if any manufacturing defects are discovered, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you, including covering shipping fees.

• A manufacturing defect is defined as any issue that causes the product’s primary functions to not work as intended.

The following issues are not covered under the warranty:

• Opening the cap of the glass bottle inside the product.

• Damage due to user negligence or improper handling.

• Normal wear and tear, such as surface scratches.

• Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or outdoor conditions.

• Misuse or failure to follow SPIROK’s usage guidelines.

• Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers.

2. Magnetic Fluid Quality Warranty

• The magnetic fluid in our products is covered for 1 year of operational use.

• After the 1-year period, the product will continue to function, though the magnetic fluid may gradually degrade. Once in use, any changes will be minor and not easily noticeable.

• If the magnetic fluid deteriorates significantly, you can replace it yourself by purchasing a new ferrofluid bottle from Ferrofluid.com.

• It’s normal for fine powder to adhere to the magnetic fluid over time; this is a natural process that maintains fluid quality and is not easily visible once the product is in use.

Return and Refund Policy

We aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for all our customers. Below is our detailed return and refund policy:

1. Return Conditions

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• There are manufacturing defects or the product was damaged during shipping.

• The product does not match the description or pictures on the website.

Non-returnable items:

• Sale or promotional items, unless a quality issue is present.

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

• Customized or special-order products.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and the return address.

• Ensure that the product is undamaged and use the original packaging for the return.

Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the return is due to a quality or shipping issue.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will promptly process a refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Potential refund delays:

• If the returned product does not meet the specified return conditions.

• If the return request was not submitted within the required time frame.

4. Exchange Policy

• If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this in your return request.

• We will ship the replacement based on availability. If the item is out of stock, we will proceed with a refund.

5. Shipping Costs

• For returns due to product defects or shipping errors, SPIROK will cover the return shipping fees.

• For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike of color or size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. After-Sales Service

• For any issues arising within 30 days of receiving your product, we offer free repair or replacement services.
